I am an experienced business leader and Operations expert with a strategy consulting background and broad functional expertise, mainly in the areas of Operations management, After Sales & Service, Transformation & Change, Performance improvement, as well as Private Equity operating services and general Board matters.

 

I led large international teams (~60 headcount across >10 countries, plus third-party contractors) in complex global matrix organizations. I sat on the Board of Directors of bibliotheca Switzerland AG, the Swiss holding company for Canada, LATAM, Asia-Pacific, and most of EMEA), and represented the global holding for the CEO and CFO as sole authorized signatory.

My professional career spans multiple sectors and industries, especially Technology (Hardware + Software) in a Private Equity context, and further includes Consumer Goods & Lifestyle, Automotive OEM + Suppliers, and Transportation. I have lived and worked on various continents, including North and Latin America as well as the EMEA and Asia-Pacific regions.
